- Once an order is placed and processed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- This policy applies to all tea products, including loose-leaf tea, packaged tea, gift packs, and accessories.
2. Perishable Nature of Tea
- Tea is a perishable product, and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been shipped.
- Any opened or unopened tea product is non-refundable due to hygiene concerns.
3. Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been processed and shipped.
- If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 06 hours of placing it, and we will try to accommodate your request, but we do not guarantee changes.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- While we do not offer refunds, we will replace products only in the case of damage or wrong item received due to our fault.
- To request a replacement:

- Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order details.
- Once verified, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- Chainpur Tea is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier service directly.
6. Quality Assurance
- We ensure that all our tea products go through strict quality checks before packaging and dispatch.
- Taste, aroma, or personal preference does not qualify for a refund or exchange.
